Wild Thing

Check out what the kids and I saw at Sonic Drive In this evening. It's a beaver with its winter tail. One of the employees told us that it had jumped out from under the hood of a truck about three hours before. The poor thing looked so frightened.


The key for May.

My mom and one of my sisters and I are going to a birthday party for my mom's 90 year old aunt tomorrow. It's in a town about 30 minutes away. This means I'm getting some uninterrupted knitting time in the car since my sister will be doing the driving. I'll be working on a blanket for my niece's soon to be born baby (September 20). Luckily I chose cream for the blanket color as the baby is still hiding its gender from us.
